Services & Fees

Individual Psychotherapy ($210 per Session)

Individual sessions typically occur once per week, 45 minutes per session. Our initial session will be used to assess your particular needs, developing therapeutic goals and setting a time frame for treatment. We will consistently evaluate progress and adjust treatment if needed. Some sessions will be more explorative, deepening understanding and developing life narratives. Other sessions may focus on concrete strategies for managing the complexities of your presenting concerns.

Couples Psychotherapy ($225 per Session)

Couples sessions usually occur once per week, 55 minutes per session. In general, couples work focuses on enhancing communication, identifying conflict patterns, developing conflict resolution skills, and deepening the ability to empathically understand your partner’s experience. We also work to deepen insight into each partner’s relational history and how this impacts the manner in which you relate to your partner.
Under the authority of PSYPACT, I also offer teletherapy in 40 participating states. For privacy and quality of care, I am not in a network with insurance companies. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
